E. Courtenay Rattray
Ambassador to the People's Republic of China
Mr. Rattray is a career diplomat and was the Director of Bilateral Relations in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade. He is a graduate of the Global Master of Arts Programme (GMAP) at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University . He has a strong background in international business and international trade and is currently serving as the sitting Ambassador to the People's Republic of China
