Dr. Ifeanyi Madu
Chief, Contracts and Procurement Unit, New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) - Bureau of Engineering Design and Construction (BEDC)
Dr. Ifeanyi (Manny) Madu received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA in Management, and a Doctorate degree in Management/Management Science.
Dr. Madu currently holds the position of Chief, Contracts and Procurement Unit with the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) - Bureau of Engineering Design and Construction (BEDC), where he oversees the Bureau’s Contract Procurement Unit with an annual budget of over $2 billion. He also serves as an adjunct Associate Professor of Management at Pace University, New York. In addition, he is an ardent researcher who has published in various scholarly journals and has contributed chapters to various college and professional textbooks.
