Monica Bartley
Former Director at the Statistical Institute of Jamaica, Former Chairperson of the Disabilities Committee of the Rotary Club of Kingston.
Ms. Bartley previously served as Director of the Administrative and Statistics Division at the Statistical Institute of Jamaica (STATIN). She has been a lifelong advocate for the disabled and has been instrumental in the development of the Combined Disabilities Association, serving as the chairperson among many roles.
She has presented findings on the status of the disabled in Jamaica and the Caribbean to many global organizations including the United Nations and is considered an expert in the field. She has served as Chairperson of the Disabilities Committee of the Rotary Club of Kingston and has been active in the development of a support group, the Jamaica Autism Support Association (JASA) designed to help deal with the growing public attention towards Autism.
