Mr. Rickert Allen
Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development, Executive Member of the Jamaica Employers Federation and Vice Chair of the Jamaica Business Council on HIV/AIDS.
Rickert Allen is a leader in human capital management with over 20 years of experience gained in the bauxite and alumina and financial services industries. He possesses a proven track record in organizational diagnostics and design, workforce analytics and planning, change management, industrial relations and occupational safety and health administration.
Mr. Allen is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and an executive member of the Jamaica Employers Federation. He is also Vice Chair of the Jamaica Business Council on HIV/AIDS.
