Description of the HICF
The Heart Institute of the Caribbean Foundation was established to:

Support infrastructural and program development at the Heart Institute of the Caribbean; |

Facilitate open access to cardiovascular care for patients in the Caribbean; |
3 |
Subsidize or fund indigent patients who are in need of cardiovascular care; |
4 |
Promote wellness and cardiovascular health in the region. |
One finger may not make much of a difference but joined together as a fist can be a formidable weapon. As the high rate of heart disease casts a shadow across the Caribbean, it will require committed individuals to reverse this trend.
You can be a soldier in this war by supporting the HICF to develop the needed competencies and resources to increase quality of life and life expectancy that will assure that Children of the Caribbean grow up knowing the nurturing and guidance of their grandparents.
