Through this initiative, HIC offers the lowest prices on the island for all diagnostic and cardiovascular services, allowing indigent patients to access care that would otherwise be out of reach. Every test, consultation, and procedure is offered at specially reduced rates—carefully structured so that even those with the greatest financial need can afford timely, life-saving medical attention.
