Born from the HIC Foundation’s commitment to compassion and equity, Operation HeartReach exists to bring healthcare within reach for the people who need it most but are too often overlooked.

Across Jamaica, far too many families face the silent, devastating impact of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Lives are cut short. Limbs are lost. And too many are left to battle conditions that could have been prevented with timely care.

Operation HeartReach steps into that gap.
Through community diagnostic fairs, mobile ECG units, and our network of stationary heart stations, we bring vital screening and early detection directly to neighborhoods, workplaces, and vulnerable communities. Every test, every screening, every conversation is a chance to change — and even save — a life.

Because everyone deserves the chance to live a long, healthy life.
